Yoga in the Park

I love yoga. It's so relaxing and still at the same time it's so good for your body. I haven't felt this way for too long, because I used to hate the breathing and I think I've mentioned this before. I still don't really focus on it too much unless the instructor tells me to. I enjoy it much more when I can breath at my own pace. Maybe someday I'll learn the breathing techniques aswell. But for now I enjoy it especially for the stretching. 

I have envied many other cities while they have had free parkyoga for ages. But now, finally, they organised it in my home city aswell! I just had to try it out. And it was amazing! If they organize things like this where you live, I highly recommend you try it!

After the yoga session, we stayed for a while longer with my friend and took a couple of pictures.
