My makeup collection & storage

I'm back and so super excited to be so! I've missed blogging so much! My thesis isn't ready just yet, but we presented it yesterday for the last time and the feedback was so good that I decided it was time to come back. I wanted to  make up for the time we've lost over here and decided to come back with a big bang (haha, how dramatical): so I filmed my makeup collection and storage system for you  and the video is super long! So grab a cuppa and a snack, sit down and enjoy!

I feel like I'm in a happy place with my collection and it's just the right size for me. At the moment I can proudly say I use all my products, except the ones I don't like. Luckily I don't have too many of them. However my collection isn't small and it's been a while since I had one of every makeup item. So if it bothers you to see a lot of make up, don't say I didn't warn you. In the end though, my collection isn't  the biggest on Youtube. This is just the amount I'm happy with and I honestly love and use them all. Just think Pokemon cards and you'll know what I mean haha.
My storage system is a very old chest of drawers my mom bought me when I was about 15 years old. The containers are from various places: some are old, some are DIY and some are from Tiger or Clas Ohlson.

I hope you liked my video!
I'd love to hear what you guys have been up to for the past couple of weeks! I know you've all been blogging some amazing posts... I wasn't able to leave the blogging world behind completely ;)

Have a lovely weekend everybody!

    1. Thank you Kynia :) It's not in the best condition anymore, but I have feelings toward it and it still looks pretty so I'm keeping it :D

  2. As long as you are happy with the size of your collection, that is all that counts. Mine is a little larger, but I guess the key is using everything you own, even if it is only sporadically.

    1. I agree, as long as your using at least most of your collection then any size is ok :) I don't think I would feel too good about myself if I had too much and just saw things lying around and never getting used.
Thanks for the comment Anne xxx

    1. Ikea do some amazing stuff! And the ever so popular Alex drawers for example always look so perfect for makeup. However I'm so happy I have something more unique for my makeup since basically everything else in our flat is from Ikea :D haha.
Hope your weekend is going well Hannah <3 xxx

  4. I loved this video, was so interesting seeing which items you used on your wedding day - I would probably use the naked 3 too! I love reusing jars too though, such a cute idea! I use mine for candles :)
